We’re pleased to announce that the Fourth Annual Fibres West will be held on Friday, March 16th (9:30-6) and Saturday, March 17th (9:30-5), 2012. Fibres West is held at the AgRec Building on the Abbotsford Exhibition Park Grounds, Abbotsford, BC. 32470 Haida Drive.         

Admission is $8.00 for adults and $6.50 for students and seniors, children 12 and under free. Parking is free at the AgRec Building. All buildings on the site are wheelchair accessible. Food will be provided by Ocean West Catering, www.oceanwestcatering.com for the duration of the show.

Interested in taking a class? All class descriptions plus the registration form are now available, click on Classes.         

Directions: from the West, take Highway #1 to Abbotsford, take Exit 87/Clearbrook Road, go North on Clearbrook crossing South Fraser Way, turn right on Maclure then left on Trethewey – Abbotsford Exhibition Park will be on your right. Continue along Trethwey, curving to the right, entering the park at GATE 2 – the AgRec Building is the last building on your right.

Transit info:      

Vancouver to Abbotsford via Greyhound Bus www.greyhound.ca, all details are on their website. For example:  bus leaves from 1150 Station St, Vancouver, 9:30am and arrives Abbotsford, 2033 Abbotsford Way, 11am. There are connecting buses close by westbound on Marshall (#2/more frequent, or #7) to the Bourquin Exchange where you transfer to a #6 which takes you to a stop in front of Gate 2, Abbotsford Exhibition Park.  All details on www.bctransit.com, go to Regions/Abbotsford.
